Invoices, Payment & Suppliers

Learn more about how to manage supplier payments, purchase orders, contracts and records. Submit invoices, create purchase order (PO) and non-PO vouchers, track payments and maintain supplier information efficiently through the University’s finance systems.

One Card

One Card is the University’s purchasing card and helps streamline business and travel-related purchases. Use it to buy approved goods directly from merchants in person, online or over the phone. One Card reduces the need for small purchase orders and direct expenditure vouchers while helping you manage accounts, approvals and reporting accurately. 

HR & Payroll Operations

HR & Payroll Operations provides centralized HR transaction, payroll, and Time & Labor (T&L) processing services for a wide range of University departments. This area helps its campus customers manage employee records, payroll corrections, non‑resident payments and system access to support consistent and timely employee onboarding, pay, time reporting and related personnel actions.

Travel & Expense

Shared Services supports travel and business expense management through the travel and expense (T&E) module in PeopleSoft Financials. Document travel, request cash advances, submit receipts and get reimbursed efficiently via tools and guidance for domestic, foreign and research-related travel, including per diem and expense reimbursement.

Training & Support

While Shared Services provides guidance and centralized support, you still play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely processing across University administrative workflows. We offer instructor-led sessions, self-paced guides and reference materials designed to simplify tasks and help you manage your responsibilities confidently.
