Life includes moments when you may need extended time away from work, whether to care for yourself, welcome a new child or support a family member facing a serious health condition. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ of Missouri System offers several types of paid and job-protected leave to support you during these important times.

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ offers the following qualifying leave types, each with specific eligibility requirements, to benefit-eligible administrative, service and support employees, as well as certain non-regular academic employees as approved by the chancellor and president.

In addition to qualifying leave, the University also offers fixed leave, which includes holidays and winter break, and flexible paid time off for when you need to take time off for a brief sickness, vacation or personal reasons.
