Organizational Perspectives and Leadership (OPAL) creates a community of practice where open dialogue and skill-building strengthen the University’s abilities to meet its goals.
Working on a college campus is a rewarding, challenging and sometimes complicated job. Mid-level staff leaders help create engaging workplace cultures where day-to-day operations and the strategic orientation of the University and divisions come to life. No matter our role, we are part of an interconnected web of faculty, staff, students, alumni/alumnae, community members and state/local or corporate partners.
OPAL is designed to help support your work as a leader on our campus, with focuses on self-development, as well as team and organizational leadership.
